Under the supervision of the Assistant Park Manager, the Admin and Project Officer supports the daily activities in admin work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary:
- Attends office clerical works and liaison matters.
- Reports to the Assistant Park Manager and coordinates with contractors or appropriate parties, any damage to lawn, embellishments, niches, columbarium, mausoleum; overlooked and unmaintained areas for proper action.
- Perform estimation and assessment of the projects.
- Check and verify the billings of contractors.
- Process necessary permits (business, barangay, fire, etc.).
- Serves as back-up of the Lot Locator if the need arises.
Secondary:
- Serves as messenger (payment of utility bills, sending of pouches to head office, etc.).
- Prepares PR and HR related requests and transactions.
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
- With at least 2 years of relevant experience in project management and project estimation
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and STAAD)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on-site.
